1 Year Limited Warranty

Kara Water, Inc. warrants that these air-to-water dispensers (the “Product”) are
free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and maintenance for a period of one (1) year from the original date of delivery by the end user (“Warranty Period”).


During the Warranty Period, Kara Water, Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any part of the Product that proves to be defective due to improper workmanship or materials, under normal residential use.

Parts Covered Under Warranty

  • Water generator component
  • Heating and cooling elements
  • Internal electrical components
  • Control board and display panel
  • Water flow system (excluding filters)
  • Thermostats and internal sensors

Parts not covered under warranty

  • Water filters and cartridges
  • Exterior cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discoloration)
  • Drip trays
  • Removable bottles or water jugs
  • Power cords or plugs damaged by misuse
  • User-replaceable parts subject to normal wear and tear

What Will Void the Warranty

This warranty will be voided if:

  • The product is used for commercial or industrial purposes
  • The product is altered, modified, or tampered with in any way
  • Damage results from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, flood, or acts of God
  • The unit(s) is not installed, maintained, or operated in accordance with publicly available data found on the company’s website, YouTube channel, setup guides, user manual(s), and other publicly available data.
  • Repairs are attempted by anyone other than an authorized service technician
  • The original proof of purchase is not provided
  • Excessive force when using the touchscreen
  • Failure to follow unboxing videos and instructions

How to Exercise the Warranty

To obtain warranty service, the original purchaser must:

  2. Provide the original purchase receipt and product serial number
  3. Describe the issue in detail
  4. Allow reasonable time for diagnosis and resolution

Additional Requirements

Shipping fees for replacement parts are the sole responsibility of the customer.
